Blurry Cat Turns Horrifying

Text on the meme

So my friend sent this photo of this cat while I was falling asleep and my eyes started to blur and all I could see while looking at that photo was this horrible fucking thing I drew

What it means

A blurry close-up photo of a cat is shown beside a crude drawing that resembles the distorted image seen while falling asleep. The joke is about tired, unfocused vision turning an ordinary cute cat into a horrifying creature, making it useful as an absurd reaction to something unsettling or hard to see.
