Child Too Young for a Cell Phone
There is absolutely no reason for a child this age to have a cell phone!
A baby in only a diaper is lying on a couch and using a smartphone. The joke is the absurd contrast between the serious complaint about a child being too young for a phone and the baby already using one, making it a reaction to hypocrisy or exaggerated concern.
