What it means

A first-person Counter-Strike gameplay screenshot shows a player aiming a sniper rifle at opponents in an arena. The post complains that hit registration is broken despite having 0 ping, while the added context bluntly says the user is simply bad at the game. It is used as a humorous reaction to someone blaming lag or game mechanics for missing shots.
