A 73.8-second montage of Joe Biden looking sad, confused, exhausted, or emotionally overwhelmed, mixed with archival footage of the September 11 attacks, a solemn stage performance, campaign footage, and the 2024 presidential debate. It is shared as a dark political meme or reaction to Biden appearing lost, distressed, or barely holding together.
