Airplanes Like Shooting Stars

Text on the meme

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars? I could really use a wish right now. wish right now wish right now.

What it means

A sad clown-like character stands beneath a starry night sky beside a surreal toilet with a man's head emerging from it. The captions reference the song lyric about wishing on airplanes and repeat “wish right now” for comic emphasis. It is used as an absurd reaction to desperately wanting something or feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
