I Love Winter, Also Me in Winter

I love winter also me in winter

What it means

A man in a forest clearing slowly staggers, coughs, and collapses onto the rocky ground while a woman walks away in the background. The joke contrasts cheerful love for winter with the miserable reality of being cold, sick, and incapacitated; the coughing makes the self-deprecating reaction especially absurd.

Sound

cough / кашель throat clearing
