Russia Changes to Soviet Union
RUSSIAN FEDERATION RUSSIA SOVIET UNION
A split-panel meme shows a smiling Russian representative at a conference labeled “RUSSIAN FEDERATION,” while a Simpsons-style character below changes a desk sign from “RUSSIA” to “SOVIET UNION.” The joke references Russia nostalgically or humorously reverting to the Soviet Union, and is used as a reaction to political or historical changes.
