EN: Characters from Jujutsu Kaisen are depicted as a group of Arab dictators from the 1980s, with each one labeled as a real ruler. The joke comes from the absurd contrast between the cheerful anime scene and the political leaders, and it is used as an ironic reaction to a group of authoritarian people.
