What a Stupid Tattoo

Text on the meme

what a stupid tattoo

What it means

A cartoon tattoo shows one man criticizing another person’s tattoo while displaying a tattoo of his own. The joke is the self-referential irony: the tattoo itself is stupidly depicting someone calling a tattoo stupid, making it a humorous reaction to bad or questionable tattoo choices.
