Child Holding a Basketball

Text on the meme

CAUTION JORDAN

What it means

A child stands behind caution tape holding a basketball while people in oversized costumes and white clothing surround him in a street scene. The clip is funny because the child’s unusually dark, featureless-looking head and serious stance make the ordinary moment look bizarre and surreal, as if he is an oddly disguised basketball player.
