United States Flag as an Oregon Donor

Text on the meme

Flag of the United States if it was an Oregon donor

What it means

A stylized American flag is shown with an unusually crowded field of stars and a distorted blue canton. The joke is a visual pun on Oregon’s reputation for organ donation, imagining the U.S. flag after receiving a donor transplant from Oregon.
