Norway Flag Made From Extra Flags

Text on the meme

Flag of Norway but I lost it so I had to remake it out of extra flags I had lying around

What it means

A collage attempts to recreate the Norwegian flag using pieces of many other national and regional flags. The joke is the absurdly overcomplicated result, as if someone lost a simple flag and improvised with whatever flags were available; it works as a reaction to excessive improvisation or a makeshift solution.
