Halloween Party Bomb Threat

Text on the meme

My girl wants to go out to a Halloween party tonight. I allowed it. It’s just a shame that as soon as she enters the club (which I will be confirming via find my iPhone) I will be calling in a bomb threat.

What it means

A dark Discord copypasta shows a jealous boyfriend allowing his girlfriend to attend a Halloween party, while planning to track her with Find My iPhone and call in a bomb threat once she enters the club. The joke is an exaggerated, possessive reaction to her going out, using absurd criminal escalation as dark humor.
