EN: A convoy of North Korean vehicles drives along a city road, while the inset on the right shows Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin riding together in a car. The enforcement sign below and the exaggerated motorcade make the authoritarian figures look absurd, so the image is used as a sarcastic reaction to excessive security or the dictators’ friendship.
