What it means

A fake Guardian news screenshot shows a strange ancient stone sculpture beneath a headline claiming Donald Trump appointed the infamous copper merchant Ea-Nasir as Secretary of State for Metallurgy. The joke combines Trump’s controversial appointments with Ea-Nasir’s reputation from ancient Babylonian complaint tablets for selling poor-quality copper. It is used as an absurd reaction to bizarre political news or questionable appointments.
