i don't support HAMAS and innocent deaths How To Cum Bigger Loads That Taste YOOMAY!

What it means

A YouTube-style screenshot shows the same smiling man giving a thumbs-down beside a video titled “i don't support HAMAS and innocent deaths,” then giving a thumbs-up beside a vulgar video about producing bigger loads. The joke is the absurd contrast: he appears morally opposed to violence but enthusiastically endorses sexual content. It is sent as an ironic reaction to someone whose stated principles seem inconsistent.
