Stealth Is Optional

Stealth is optional for this mission

A heavily armored soldier faces the camera while firing a flamethrower or similarly powerful weapon, filling the scene with bright fire. The joke is that the mission supposedly involves stealth, but the character is making an enormous amount of noise and light, making stealth obviously impossible; it is used as an absurd reaction to a loud or reckless approach.
