Pigeons Were Abandoned by Humans

my roman empire is that pigeons were domesticated by humans 10,000 years ago only to be suddenly abandoned and deemed dirty and now can barely build their own nests cuz they don’t know how and live around humans because that’s all they know

A close-up selfie shows a person’s face beneath a large caption about pigeons being domesticated by humans 10,000 years ago, then abandoned and considered dirty. The joke treats pigeons as emotionally neglected former pets who can barely build nests and only know how to live around humans, making this a humorous reaction for an oddly profound or sympathetic thought.
