Studying Pride and Prejudice

Text on the meme

PRIDE & PREJUDICE I've studied this movie for months to understand why women love it so much. I changed my personality almost completely to act like Mr. Darcy. Now I have a girlfriend. Learn from this kino, bros.

What it means

A screenshot shows a Pride & Prejudice poster above a caption about a man studying the movie, adopting Mr. Darcy’s personality, and getting a girlfriend. The joke is that he treats romantic fiction as a practical dating guide and calls the film “kino” in a mock-serious way. It is shared as an ironic reaction to elaborate attempts to understand or imitate romantic behavior.
