this is me btw :3 if u even care.. ^_^

A stylized pale character with a silver bob haircut cycles through aloof, smug, and exaggeratedly smiling expressions in a neon fighting-game-style video. The caption jokingly presents this dramatic, emotionally indifferent character as the speaker, while the changing faces and playful meow make the self-important “if you even care” attitude absurd and work well as a reaction to pretending not to care.
