Steam Review Licensing Complaint

Not Recommended 0.7 hrs on record Reformed Jelqcel | 294 products in account | 19 reviews POSTED: OCTOBER 17 DIRECT FROM STEAM This should not be something you can legally sell. Who gave these devs the licensing for this

A Steam review screenshot shows a user giving a game a “Not Recommended” rating after only 0.7 hours, complaining that the developers were allowed to legally sell it. The joke is the exaggerated outrage and suspicion that the game is so bad or bizarre that it should not have been licensed for sale; it is used as a reaction to terrible or questionable products.
