The adult version of being sent to the principles office... DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INTELLIGENCE AND SE

What it means

A screenshot shows the caption “The adult version of being sent to the principles office...” above photographs of official Department of Defense and intelligence seals on an office wall. The joke compares being sent to the principal’s office at school with being summoned to a serious government or military office as an adult, using “principles” as a misspelling of “principal’s.” It is used as a reaction to an intimidating or overly serious summons.
