What it means

EN: A screenshot from Cruelty Squad showing an absurdly complicated and unsettling-looking ladder that the game presents as the current objective. The joke is the deliberately overexplained instruction for a simple action combined with the game’s chaotic visual style; the meme is used as a reaction to a ridiculous or unnecessarily difficult task.
