What it means

A fake Twitter thread shows Zhang Yong lamenting Zhao Peng’s purchase of blue Twitter, while Zhao responds in awkward English and Chinese with “happy wednesday,” an apology, and “struggle of mind.” The joke parodies non-native English and the idea of impulsively buying Twitter, making it useful as an absurd reaction to a regrettable purchase or chaotic decision.
