That’s Your Fucking Monstersona?

what is that is that your fucking monstersona? thats cringe you're cringe

A comic shows two people reacting judgmentally to a bizarre monster drawing, then cuts to a realistic woman staring intensely from a computer screen and the same character sitting at a desk. The joke is a self-aware exchange of mutual cringe: someone mocks another person’s monster persona, only to become equally strange and embarrassing themselves. It is used as a reaction to awkward fandom creations, self-insert characters, or hypocritical criticism.
