ADHD Thought Cannot Wait

Text on the meme

ADHDers interrupting others because what they said triggered a thought that needs to come out now before it's gone forever:

What it means

Inside a moving snow vehicle, a bundled passenger suddenly interrupts and scrambles around as snow and debris burst into the cabin. The chaotic interruption visualizes an ADHD thought that must be blurted out immediately before it disappears, while Matthew Wilder’s upbeat 1980s pop song “Break My Stride” makes the frantic reaction feel even more absurd and energetic.
