Never Lending Manga Again

Text on the meme

Never letting my friends borrow my manga again

What it means

A hand points at a black-and-white manga page showing a dramatic, dark-haired character. The joke is that the manga has been returned damaged or altered, so the owner vows never to lend it to friends again; it is used as a humorous reaction to careless borrowing.
