EXPLAIN THIS CAT HATERS

What it means

A gray cat wearing a harness rides a skateboard across a concrete garage floor, occasionally carrying or interacting with another cat. The absurd sight of a cat confidently skateboarding is presented as something that cat haters supposedly need to explain, making it a reaction video for bizarre or unexpectedly skilled animal behavior.
