Text on the meme

Lmaooo my classmate going insane

What it means

A collage of bizarre, heavily distorted hand-drawn faces appears over what looks like an official certificate, with the caption “Lmaooo my classmate going insane.” The joke portrays a classmate’s strange drawings or behavior as an exaggerated descent into madness, making it useful as an absurd reaction to someone acting unhinged.
