Chubby Girl Showing Her Underpants

Text on the meme

>Sequel series to popular show comes out with a two episode premiere >all everyone cares about is the chubby girl showing her underpants How is this any different from some seasonal anime?

What it means

A screenshot of an anonymous imageboard post shows a cartoon girl in a school-uniform-style outfit lifting one leg and revealing her underwear. The joke complains that viewers ignore a popular show's sequel and focus only on fanservice, comparing it to a typical seasonal anime premiere.
