Mech Game Betrays Expectations

>buy mech game >look inside >mech Not Recommended 0.1 hrs on record POSTED: AUGUST 24 Only bought this game because it was advertised to have been made by the ELDEN RING developers. The moment I saw mechas I just quit immediately, there is no way it's going to be even half as good as ER, especially without Miyazaki at the helm. Going back to Baldurs Gate 3 and then I'll have Starfield to feast on.

A gaming forum screenshot shows a greentext post about buying a mech game because it was associated with the developers of ELDEN RING, then immediately quitting after seeing the mechas. The joke is exaggerated gamer tribalism and unrealistic expectations, with the player dismissing the game before playing it and retreating to Baldur’s Gate 3 and Starfield.
