Toddler-Sized Ice Cream Cone

Text on the meme

you ever see your toddler eating an ice cream cone and think gosh I would enjoy a frozen dairy treat of similar proportion to my body

What it means

A small child and a much larger adult each hold ice cream cones beside size markers. The joke is that the adult envies the toddler’s proportionally enormous treat and wishes for an ice cream cone scaled to their own body.
