Wakanda Salute Complaint

Text on the meme

WE HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOU DOING THE 죄는 풀었습니다 “WAKANDA SALUTE” TO BLACK COWORKERS AND ASKING IF YOU “CAN SAY THE WORD YET”. SORRY BUT I’M AFRAID WE NEED TO LET YOU GO

What it means

An anime-style office woman sits behind a desk while dismissing someone for performing the “Wakanda salute” toward Black coworkers and asking whether they can say the N-word yet. The joke uses an intentionally offensive workplace complaint and an absurd HR firing scenario as a reaction to reckless racial humor.
