Broke College Student Room

My roommate says my room is not inviting, what can I do to make people feel relaxed? Also, how can I make my room more comfortable as a broke college student Question

A cramped college student bedroom is shown with a bed, sparse furniture, a desk, fan, laptop, and posters. The joke is that the room already looks comically uncomfortable and improvised, so the request for ways to make it inviting highlights the student’s lack of money and questionable decor. People send it as a reaction to awkward, messy, or painfully low-budget living spaces. EN: A cramped college student bedroom is shown with a bed, sparse furniture, a desk, fan, laptop, and posters.
