A fast-cut video alternates between old school yearbook portraits and present-day footage of the same people at a formal reunion or banquet, showing how they look 14 years later. The joke is the dramatic before-and-after comparison: youthful school photos are matched with unexpectedly ordinary, awkward, or transformed adult appearances, making the reunion feel like a live yearbook reveal. Russell Simins’s “Comfortable Place” provides a steady garage-rock backdrop that makes the montage feel nostalgic, playful, and slightly absurd.
