Surprising My Grown-Up Birthday Boy

SUPRISING MY LITTLE GROWN UP FOR HIS BIRTHDAY 🥳

A person sneaks into a dim room carrying oversized gold birthday balloons, then reveals a young man sitting in bed under a blanket with a bulky VR headset on his head and headphones around his neck. The playful birthday surprise turns into an absurd scene where the “grown-up” looks confused and remains immersed in virtual reality while celebratory music heightens the reveal and makes the moment feel comically dramatic.

It's my boy's 18th, I'm gonna surprise him with these balloons. Here we go. A few sweet teens. Teen. Do you like the balloons? They're pretty cool, aren't they? Look at you. Look at you though. 18th, it's unbelievable. Awesome. Oh, you're welcome. They're so good.
