Terry Davis Is this (YOU) in 20 years? yeah I've been like anti social for like catches up with you after a while you're like uh like I tired, I lay down and I'm lying there and I'm like and like that the old world was over uh today you turn on television or whatever all I can do is talk to this camera and open the Bible

A distressed-looking Terry Davis sits in a brightly lit indoor space while pixelated captions imagine him addressing his future self. He describes becoming antisocial, lying down, feeling that the old world is over, and ultimately talking to the camera and opening the Bible; the melancholic music turns his rambling monologue into an exaggerated, bleakly funny reaction about social isolation and aging. I have been like anti-social for like 25 years or something or all my life or something. It catches up with you after a while. You're like, I don't know. Yesterday I found myself alone, 3am nobody around, like tired. I lay down, I wasn't even thinking about Diana or anything else. And so I was just thinking about nothing. And I'm lying there, and I'm like absolutely nothing to do. And so I started getting visions. If your life is empty, then God starts adding clairvoyance and like that. There's a problem. This is profound, OK? The modern world is very busy. The old world was very, you had downtime in the old world. Today, you turn on television or whatever, you stay busy. See, I don't have a phone, I'm isolated, right? All I can do is talk to this camera and open the Bible.
