COMPAQ PORTABLE COMPAQ PORTABLE

What it means

A vintage Compaq Portable computer is shown beside a tiny green-haired anime-style character being carried like a portable object. The joke is a visual pun on “portable”: the computer is portable by design, while the character is literally portable because someone is carrying her.
