What it means

A strange handmade flag is displayed at an antique mall beside a headless mannequin wearing a military-style jacket. The caption claims the tag identifies it as a “Turk-Backed Greek rebel flag” from Crete in 1974, but the poster cannot find any information about it, making the obscure historical-looking object funny and confusing as a request for help.
