Monkey Thought He Was Getting It
Bro really thought I was gonna give it to him😭
A macaque eagerly opens its mouth for a bright orange slice of fruit, but the person pulls it away and leaves it on the ground. The monkey then stares into the camera with an offended, disappointed expression, making the caption funny as a reaction to being teased or getting one’s hopes up. The clip uses Jshxwty’s “Running Off,” whose energetic music heightens the prank-like timing and the monkey’s deadpan reaction.
