Annual Self-Reflection Regret

Text on the meme

every year i realize how fucking annoying i was a year ago

What it means

An unhappy anime-style girl sits slumped in a dark outfit while reflecting on how annoying she was the previous year. The joke is self-deprecating hindsight: every year, looking back, she realizes her past self was embarrassing and irritating.
