No Tip, Still Gets Mocha

Text on the meme

how i look at the bisexual they/them art hoe making my quad shot mocha latte after pressing no tip on the ipad

What it means

A grinning yellow emoji beams with delight. The joke is that the speaker is thrilled when a bisexual, gender-neutral art-loving barista makes an elaborate quad-shot mocha latte despite being given no tip on the iPad. It is used as an absurd reaction to getting special treatment while offering nothing in return.
