FRUSTRATED LUFTHANSA PILOT DRAWS PENIS IN THE SKY AFTER FLIGHT WAS FORCED TO DIVERT

What it means

A Lufthansa passenger plane flies over a map showing a flight path that loops into the shape of a penis. The joke is that a frustrated pilot allegedly expressed annoyance at being forced to divert by drawing an obscene shape in the sky, making this a reaction image for petty or childish acts of protest.
