Causing More Damage Than the Flood

Causing more damage than the flood

A video shows muddy floodwater surging through streets and into storefronts while the camera moves through the submerged area, creating powerful waves. The joke is that whoever is filming or driving is causing more damage than the flood itself; the dramatic footage is paired with The Verve’s melancholic song “Bitter Sweet Symphony,” making the absurd accusation feel mock-serious.
