What it means

EN: A picturesque beach with turquoise water and a stone arch is shown, while a hand holding an assault rifle appears in the foreground and a satellite dish stands on the shore. The joke comes from the absurd combination of a peaceful painterly landscape and military weaponry, as if it were a postcard from a shooter game.
