Tomoko's Social Anxiety Escalation

No Matter How I Look at It, It's You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular! Wikipedia The Holocaust COFFEE

EN: A black-haired anime girl with a headband walks pensively through an empty school corridor, suddenly becomes frightened, and the video cuts to cards about the series and a Wikipedia page about the Holocaust. The slow, anxious music turns her lonely walk into an absurd and increasingly dark escalation—a reaction to situations where ordinary awkwardness unexpectedly becomes a catastrophe.

I honestly have no idea what this anime is supposed to be. I don't know if it's intended to be a comedy, or if it's really just a character study about a girl with anxiety and depression issues, and I'm just interpreting it as a comedy because I relate so much to the character. Wikipedia claims that the show is a comedy, but Wikipedia also says that the Holocaust happened, so it's not exactly the most credible source.
