Birthday Bed Battle

Text on the meme

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

What it means

A birthday banner hangs over a bed as a woman and a man sleep beside each other. The woman thrashes around so violently that she gradually knocks the man out of bed and ends up sprawled across the mattress, turning a peaceful birthday morning into chaotic slapstick. Pio Palumbo’s “Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2,” a classical piano piece, creates an elegant, dramatic mood that makes the ridiculous sleep-fighting even funnier.
