Game Boy Best Friend from 1999

Nintendo GAME BOY™ While showing my 3 year old my Game Boy, I discovered a picture of my best friend from 1999 GAME BOY COLOR

A photo of a Game Boy Color screen shows a blurry green Pokémon-like creature, with the caption saying that while showing a three-year-old a Game Boy, the person discovered a picture of their best friend from 1999. The joke is that the strange low-resolution image looks like an old friend, humorously implying a nostalgic or absurd childhood memory.
