15-Year Work in Progress

15 year work in progress. Artist in background.

A strangely carved wooden staircase post stands in the foreground, with a cat visible in the background. The joke is that the “artist” responsible for the bizarre 15-year work in progress is apparently the cat, making the craftsmanship absurd and unfinished.
