Prigozhin Becomes Big Boss

Text on the meme

A PMC leader has declared that it is now in possession of something called “Metal Gear”. Is announcing he plans to create Outer Heaven, a place where soldiers like himself will be honored. Declares himself to have surpassed the “Boss” and is now “Big Boss”

What it means

A photo edit shows Yevgeny Prigozhin dressed as Big Boss from Metal Gear, standing in front of a large military vehicle. The joke imagines a PMC leader possessing Metal Gear, founding Outer Heaven, and declaring himself superior to the Boss. It is used as an absurd reaction to Prigozhin’s military ambitions and the parallels between him and the fictional character.
